Author Visits

On Wednesday, November 1, 2023, we had special assemblies for our TK, Kinder, and 1st graders by a local author.  Crystal Z. Lee grew up in Cupertino, CA. She is the author of Kai the Dancing Butterfly and A Unicorn Named Rin. Both were published by Balestier Press in London. Kai the Dancing Butterfly is about migratory butterflies in Taiwan, while A Unicorn Named Rin is about a Chinese unicorn from the Tang dynasty. 

You have the opportunity to purchase discounted (30% off retail!) autographed hardcover books!  

Return the order form with exact payment to the black PTA box in the office by Monday, October 30, 2023 to receive your books on Wednesday.  

If you would like to make a purchase following the assembly, please return your order form by Friday, November 3, 2023.  We will make arrangements with Ms. Lee to pick up the autographed books by the end of November to deliver to your student’s teacher for distribution.
