Print and fill out the Collins PTA Membership Form. Drop it off along with a check for the membership fee ($10) at the PTA table in the school office (during school hours). There will be a designated box at the PTA table.
PTA MEMBERSHIP IS PER INDIVIDUAL.

A Membership in PTA is for EVERYONE. Anyone with an interest in helping Collins students can become a member at any time during the school year.

You are welcome to attend our PTA general association meetings, open to all PTA members.
By becoming a PTA member, you will be part of the nation's largest parent group with benefits from both Collins PTA and National PTA.
National PTA partners with businesses and negotiates special discounts and other valuable benefits exclusively for PTA members. PTA members receive discounts and offers from both California PTA (CAPTA) and the National PTA.
